Returns and Exchanges
So… you got your kit and you’re not completely satisfied? That’s a bummer. :(
We will accept returns within 30 days of receipt for a full refund.
Customers are responsible for shipping fees on all returns. For a full refund of your box, please make sure that all beads are bagged as you originally received. We are unable to refund boxes if beads are spilled or not in their individual bags.

It’s normal for there to be a few beads that are chipped or missing a hole. We take pride in our products and kits. If your beads are severely damaged or your package is incomplete, please contact us at email@example.com. We will work with you to make things right!
